Prenatal Yoga will help you to connect mind, body, and spirit.

Help you to create a deeper connection with baby through yoga, visualizations, meditation, and relaxation.

This workshop will include a yoga flow with modifications for postures, poses that are specific to helping with certain pregnancy related disorders such as swelling, fatigue, aches and pain, meditation and pranayama exercises to help with labor.

Applying the principles of prenatal yoga to your everyday yoga practice will keep you energized, connected, and fit through your whole pregnancy.

  • Promotes relaxation and a sense of well-being which is very important for pregnancy, labor, postpartum, and parenting
