Qi Teacher Training, lead by Denver yoga pioneer Dawnelle Arthur, begins February 6th, 2010.

The start of a new year is the perfect time to re-center and reconnect with finding your purpose in life. If the thought of deepening your yoga practice has been speaking to you, then Seasons Mind & Body Fitness and Qi Athletic Club would like to extend an opportunity to become more involved with the Denver yoga community: Qi Yoga Teacher Training.

Qi Yoga Teacher Training will change your life, improving it and empowering you to better create the life you want to live. In a few short, but intense, 10 weeks, you will learn more about your mind, body, and soul as your spirit begins to open through the divine practice and study of yoga.

Training begins February 6th and last through April 11th.  The class setting will be small so that students receive personal attention. Students should plan on dedicating approximately 20 hours each week to the training.

Students are then responsible to work with a group leader to design a program and to teach a series of at least six classes over a two- to six-week period.

Practice Classes
To help you develop confidence in your teachings, the program also asks students to develop and teach four classes to friends and family.
