Qi Fit is elite fitness for everyone. Workouts that compromise constantly varied functional movements, (like pushing, pulling, squatting, lifting, running), performed at high intensity. Qi Fit, similar to the popular Cross Fit program, workouts will change your body, increase your strength, tone and sculpt your body, make you faster and stronger, and will increase your performance in your sport of choice.

Qi Fit is Fun, Innovative, and is for everyone at every fitness level.

Qi Fit is scheduled as an hour class, but some workouts could be 20 minutes, 30 minutes, or 45 minutes.

By getting involved in Qi Fit you will receive nutrition counseling, goal setting, and consultation.
