The Idea Behind Spin Yoga

Spin-Yoga is a Mind and Body workout that will help you to obtain complete fitness. These classes begin with a 30 minute ride, consisting of climbs, runs, jumps, isolations, and sprints followed by a 30-minute power yoga flow.

The yoga class following the ride will focus on lengthening the muscles used during your ride, build power and strength, increase flexibility, and deepen mind/body connection.

Spin-Yoga allows the average person, who only has one hour to exercise a day to get a condensed, balanced, and intense workout.

Each student who participates in Spin-Yoga or any of our fusion classes will experience a workout that combines all the components of fitness in one class. Our fusion classes help you to develop muscular strength and endurance, cardiovascular endurance, flexibility, and a lower body composition.

Our goal is to enable students to continue their workout regime without boredom and plateaus. Spin-Yoga gives the student an opportunity to experience all the components of fitness, in one class and in one place.
