Rattlesnake Triathlon Training At Seasons
Triathlon Training for 2009 has Completed. Please check back for information in 2010.
Seasons has created an amazing four week training program that will help you to successfully prepare for the Rattlesnake Triathlon in August 2009. Training schedule will include: Spinning, Running, Swimming, Hiking, and Circuit Training. Sign up by going to Class Schedule then click “workshops” tab in the top right corner.
Seasons Tri – Training Get Ready for the Rattlesnake Triathlon on Sunday, August 15th
We will be training Mondays-Thursdays to get you ready for this event!
The Rattlesnake Triathlon is a 500m Swim, 12-mile bike ride and 5K run.
Monday – Thursday (schedule varies)
Monday – 6 P.M. Ride up Lookout Mountain
Tuesday – 6 A.M. Swim at Glenarm Rec Center; 6 P.M. Strength and Power Boot Camp
Wednesday – 6:30 A.M. Spin-Run
Thursday – 6 A.M. Swim at Glenarm Rec Center; 6 P.M. Hike/Trail Run at Matthews/Winters Park
Cost $300 and space is limited to 15 people!
You will need a road bike to participate in the ride up Lookout Mountain.
