Qi Athletic Club and Seasons Spin-Yoga studio merged, August 1st, 2008. Together they are known as Qi Athletic Club and Spin-Yoga Studios.

Qi (chee) means life force, or the spiritual energy of all things.

Qi now offers a full schedule of traditional yoga classes, along

with our own unique take of classes that combine Spin and Yoga. Our approach of combining Spin and Yoga, allows our students to experience all the components of fitness in one class!

Spin-Yoga, 30-minutes of spin followed by 30-minutes of Power Yoga, will increase strength, enhance flexibility, improve body composition, and promotes a deeper mind/body connection. Spin-Yoga, is a fusion class of cardio, flexibility, and strength.

Qi also offers a variety of other fusion classes:

• Yoga for Young Warriors- Yoga for children ages 2-12

Along with all of our classes, we also offer personal training, private yoga sessions, workshops, teacher trainings, yoga retreats, boot camps, wellness programs, and nutritional counseling.

You can be a gym member only or take classes only. You choose the membership that works for you. No contracts, initiation fees, or expiration dates…
